SHIPPING POLICY

At Mary Puff, orders are carefully prepared and packed after your purchase is placed. We currently operate on a made-to-order basis, which helps us keep our little creative studio flexible and reduce unnecessary stock and waste.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before dispatch.

Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service and destination. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the order has been dispatched and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak periods or carrier delays.

Packaging
Orders are carefully packed in protective packaging suitable for the products purchased. Books and other flat items may be shipped in protective mailers/envelopes.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@marypuff.shop. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders
